If I rejected every submission with a typo in the title or description, I wouldn't have much to list.
With the amount of description editing a reviewer does, there's little point to demanding absolute perfection. If i can use three lines of code to begin the editing process for me, you bet I will.
If anyone is wondering what I'm doing up at 4AM - I woke up to
something howling at 2:30 and haven't been able to sleep since. I think it was my bi-polar neighbor. He does that.
