I had shrimp and oysters a few days ago. Gator is just a bit on the greasy side for my taste.

I generally go eat my favs every 3 or 4 days in Long beach at the Cajun Crawfish Hut. If you ever get over this way, be sure and let me know and I'll treat you to a non-greasy basket of gator tail at my favorite lil eating hole.
