I see nothing wrong with sharing pertinent data. I doubt anyone is surprised that certain lists send more traffic than others. Using the term black list is what creates the ire in this thread. That idiotic attempt at a smiley in the thread title doesn't help either.

I told him to add my sites to his moronic list for a couple of reasons. The thread's title is shite. His list is erroneous, being that it is based on his crap sites which one shouldn't expect to get listed. His example free sites are full of blind links - and I'm no blind link nazi. Also, I'm always the first to admit that I don't push buckets full of traffic. Really, I'm helping him by telling him to not bother submitting to me.

The wise and experienced free site submitter would create a list of seemingly inactive link lists and ask if everyone is seeing the same results without pre-judging the lists just in case every one except he/her is getting listed.

I've made a total of 2 free sites this year, I'll make more but it's not my forte, and I got listed on a few of the sites he "black listed". The words "black listed" didn't really piss me off, it's just that the post was bullshit. Nobody can tell me with a straight face that they submitted 50 quality sites to Hoes and didn't get 15 hits.
