It is now 150 characters...I imagine their submissions plunged and their complaints went up. The current rule was posted on 1/9 and I started the original thread on this well before that. 150 characters is not bad...some TGPs are up to around 90 or so I believe.

I think the new design/system is in place since 09-10.01 or so...
As soon as it was done it was announced on their board.
