Avoid all services like that unless they are charging you several thousand dollars and guaranteeing that all the 'analysis' and 'optimisation' is done by humans. If it is done by computer (and if you get this sort of service for less than a grand, it will be) the results are going to be a lot worse than you could do yourself. In other words, unless you are a complete idiot, 'optimisation' by a computer will make your site worse, not better.
