The only thing in question here is "permission".

I give plenty of places 'permsission' to use my name, trademark, copyrighted materials. Your script takes all these things from a secondary source and uses them without permission... as I have said over and over again.. that is an infringement.

congrats and many se's use your site without your permission. google stopped being "opt-in" ages ago.
