Despite the fact that your descriptions are ripped off from wikipedia, I'd like to offer some suggestions in terms of practice rather than theory:

Babydoll- usually much briefer than 6" above the knee, just skimming the point there the thighs meet. They also often have an empire waist and are quite filmy or sheer. Bodystocking- In North America at least, they are not worn under clothing in cold weather. A unitard is generally used as for sporting purposes. If the garment has no legs, it is then a body suit, not a body stocking. Since they are not a popular thing to wear outside of the bedroom, they are often crotchless.

No release needed
All of the snow refugees piling in made the party a public event. Content shot at a public event is fair game, since the subject has no reasonable expectation of privacy.

However, one could contend that it was a private venue, where the general public wasn't invited. If that was the case (and as Clear Channel has exercised their rights to private venues), the content belongs to Greenie and would be subject to licensing.

There were several folks piling in who were literally rescued from the side of the road- folks who may not have previously been invited. Furthermore, there was no work for hire agreement, so I would argue vigorously against any claim made by GG.

Besides... the mere fact that riff raff like me were on the premesis proves that it was indeed open to the general public.

Thanks for the examples, I'm looking to use only content I've licensed so I've been combing through my files. I'll try to find a babydoll and camisole.
