There were several folks piling in who were literally rescued from the side of the road- folks who may not have previously been invited. Furthermore, there was no work for hire agreement, so I would argue vigorously against any claim made by GG.

Besides... the mere fact that riff raff like me were on the premesis proves that it was indeed open to the general public.
