naaaa i left him a message since you manage to get his name of the linksite in title while the name is banned, i think its fair he answer you on the board. Now i know he reads his icq messages, so if he dont answer you on the board then you can make your own answer out of that......

From what I recall the webmaster at that link list was a pain in the ass here for spamming or something and got the site name banned.

You shouldn't submit anywhere that prints your URL (unlinked) on their pages. They do it to steal type-in traffic for your domain. If it wasn't for the fact that I attempt to appeal to smarter submitters who would surely call me on it, I'd do it.
