Domain penalized by Yahoo! ?

I´m going to bump this thread because I have the same problem and would really like to know if there are any news regarding this issue. I´ve been searching back and forth to find someone that got their site reincluded, but I haven´t found anything yet. This is something that affects most LL owners sooner or later and we should try to solve this problem together if that´s possible. I know that hoes, link-o-rama and richardsrealm aren´t banned so there must be some way to get indexed again.
