If you want to help out your buddy lend him the money to get set up on his own. Arrangements like that raise a ton of red flags and, yes, both you and your friend are like to get blacklisted.

Nah, I know Xallow and talk to him on a regular basis. I'm the one that brought this to his attention after he told me about helping his friend out.
