It's in a couple other threads as well, but the owner of the site annoyed me (and the board) so much with his posts that I banned his domain.

He rarely posts here anymore, which is nice. Seems that threads like this bring him back

Go to any of his category pages. For each site, you get the standard free site title linked to the free site, followed by the description. But that is followed by the UNLINKED full URL of the free site. If you are at all concerned about SEO and prefer surfers who use the the search string "yourdomain.com" to find yourdomain.com, then you wouldn't want to have your domain printed on someone else's pages. If it was a link list like DD's or GG's, I wouldn't care, since they are going to send a whole hell of a lot more traffic to me than they'd ever, ever, EVER gain by having my domains printed on their pages.

And for fuck's sake, his recips link to his own personal galleries and DVD promo pages, not his free site category pages.

I swear I'd looked at his site 3 times and never could find anything. You know why, because I couldn't even find his freesite categories. Gotta love that ease of navigation.

Useless has said this before and I just want to repeat it. Why would you want your site listed where the listings get buried so deep it's hard for surfers to find them?

My directory script does that by default. I never thought of the evil aspect of it. Guess I need to dig through the templates and take that part out.
