I think I would lose the "Space Invaders" header
try to make each post longer (I did a word count on the first post only 70 words).
Personaly I think the posts would look better if you wraped the text around the photo, something like this:

<a href="http://www. your affilitate url.com"><img src="http://www. the photo you want to use.jpg" alt="" align="left" /></a>
Good catchy paragraph goes here and will wrap around photo
