I didn't want to throw anyone under the bus, but yes, it's Dee Cash.

I also complained that having the Join Report & the Revenue Report in 2 different tables makes it really hard to read & having the gross dollar amounts in the Revenue Report probably makes people think they are making a lot more than they really are (because there's only 3 or 4 people using NATS that have the stats displayed this stupid way)

Here's the actual reply I got when I asked about this a few months ago:

When people try to cancel we have a 24/7 support team ready to help them, either chat/email or phone,
Once they cancel we try and keep the members in at 9$ a month which the majority takes, of course 60% of this monthly fee you will be credited for,
The difference between the 24.95$ or 29.95$ membership and the 9$ membership will be put under discounts, which is in the same sector as processing/credits and chargebacks,
Rather than getting a chargeback, or full cancellation we try to keep them in
This way the processing fee looks higher than it really is, we are working with NATS to get this discounted membership shown in the STATS rather than show it under the processing fees

Make what you will of it

Of course this was from Aug last year so I guess NATs is having a little trouble with the coding on this one

If this was reported correctly, it would be a good thing, right?

Here is something I really don't understand. Why is it that when you look at the dollar numbers, they don't show you how much you are making? Why do they only show the raw number and then force you to do the math?

That's another thing - you can't accurately do the math. Sure, my totals show that it's 49%, but what if one site had a couple of those "discounts" - you can't tell which one it is & that throws off all your numbers.

I guess the version of NATS my guys have been running is new and improved. It seems to calculate any discount or special you want to throw in there.

You have to pay for all those giveaways somehow I guess.

I don't think it's that it's new & improved, it's more like "OHHH! Look! More bells & whistles! Let's not use the default settings so that we're different!"

In all fairness. I dont know how any program that uses NATS without access to a DBA on payroll or staff.

That script is way over my head.
