What screen shot or partical screen shot program do you recommend?

I use gadwin print screen http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/

it's free and easy to use.

Just install it and hit print screen and it pops up a select box. You select what part of the screen you want to capture and it outputs it in the format of your choice.
