Don't tago cloud sites get negatively looked at by search engines (mainly google) as a spammy technique? I followed a link by jim the other day to matt cutts blog and they discussed tag cloud sites as being spammy or black seo.

Ya, if you can remember where you saw it I'd like to read it. While I doubt sites like delicious or technorati or many of the other social bookmark places care to much about tag clouds, I might.
