Mornin' y'all,
Been watching the Louis Vuitton Cup semi-finals. US boat has been getting schooled in the pre-start, but were able to come from behind yesterday. Going to be difficult to do again today.  is on, help yourself... |

Good morning- guess Ill be taking the rest of the week off - meds created a huge problem and was flat on my back for most of the day yesterday - if things dont get better the doctors will be admitting me tomorrow to find out whats up with my heart again
