There is no way for you to tell if your CCBill sponsors has that stuff enabled in the aff admin. You might smoke your rebills over and notice the rebill amounts change for the less if you are pushing any sales to sponsors that do have it enabled.

I know one of my BVCash sites offers a loyalty discount and one offers a cancel discount all of which are credited to the original affiliates.

You can also look at the porn review sites and you will be able to find tons of sponsors that are offering straight up discounts as well as loyalty discounts. (the review sites list this info in their reviews)

As far as cancel offers though, hard to tell.
