Agreed. Seriously, what does it matter if the reviewer is a UK/US native? Are you saying people from Australia don't qualify because their English isn't good enough? If some linguistic genious from Pakistan writes better than some bloke from Leeds, why shouldn't the former get the job?

I guess I won't be applying then even though I believe I write fairly decent reviews (see http://reviews.privateholes.com/)
