Had a whole day of outside work planned - then the storms came in this morning - guess Ill just have to do it in the rain

My son was surprised that I wasn't sore the day after our gym workout but he said the next day I would feel it. He was right. I didn't know I could ache in so many places at once. Thank God he said we needed to take a day off for our muscles to recoup. I think today calls for lots of water and protein.
