We have fairly strong/strict laws with regards to hosting of pornographic material, but even when they introduced those laws it was a joke because our tortoise-like bandwidth speeds meant hardly anyone was hosting here anyway.

We've always been able to watch whatever we wanted tho...

In terms of videos/dvd's, it's illegal to sell x-rated material in all states, however it's legal in the ACT and Northern Territory...so they do a roaring (and legal) mail order trade.
