I am sort of looking for something that will take submits and mix em with hosted gallerys

something thats easy to keep track of the hosted gallerys

and work from a list of partners
I will probably use the list of partners from tommys

TGPX does all that.
You should check out the admin demo on their site.

I use the earlier version on http://www.smilinpussy.com as you can see their are submitted galleries mixed with hosted galleries and I only accept submits from partners
