IMHO the xtube type of pornsites that are listing user submitted content are going to have legal troubles down the road. Nothing wrong with web 2.0 type of sites but I'd probably stay away from a tube site if it was me.

There are other social 2.0 type of scripts you can use that will add more features/benefits to your site. For example: voting, tell a friend, comment, etc...
