Tips on Converting Twistys?

Thank you Michael - that is a good point about Twistys being "no trial" and I will definitely take that into consideration when compared to other programs.

I was doing the pre-sell thing awhile back but it wasn't paying off for me... I think what others were saying here just might be right - it just doesn't work with my current traffic. However... I'm not giving up - everyone here agrees, you guys have GREAT content to use in blogs and as a webmaster I can see that your design and photography standards are a LOT higher than what we see on many other sites.

Now that I'm building free sites, perhaps I will focus my attention on Twistys as a pre-sell opportunity using the sponsor content on free sites to push the program rather than the banner I currently have coupled with weekly postings of Twistys Treats and other new content sets.

Hey and I will be the first to say that honestly our site will not work for you if your traffic is coming for something besides "babe".

We do really well for our people/affiliates who promote the "babe" aspect over the "pornstar" or "teen" so my suggestion with a blog, is if you are going to promote us (and many blog guys do just because of our 4 custom post feed updates each day) make sure its on a blog focused to that genre/niche. My feeling is yours is a little more general in appearance and I might try pushing sponsors that are a little harder.

And if you do need anything else feel free to hit me up, since I have been an active affiliate myself since 1997 and reasonably successful at it. So feel free to ask me anything.

Thank you! I actually think that's the problem then... this was all under "pornstar" promotion (most recently an Eva Angelina free site that got a TON of traffic BTW) - will try it out as a "babe" sponsor and see if that helps. I will also check out some "harder" sponsors as well. Much appreciated!

I think this is the best advice ... Twisty's are "babes" Try this for a while and see if it picks up.
