Free Site and TGP Submissions and Recips

Well... with a warning page there is probably not going to be much of a design change from one site to the next (other than site title, sponsor, and maybe background color). You can make a default template for each category, and then just change the few things that need to be changed.
I did away with categorized recips for that reason. I would rather have everybody come through the main page since they can see all the categories on my site and maybe catch there eye with another category besides the one they originally came for.
