Totally understand about squeezing every little bit of traffic out of each site. As Sheepguy pointed out, it becomes a time/return issue for me. There are so many variables with SE that, for me, it is hit and miss no matter how much effort is put in. Some are winners and others are losers. You have to figure out what works best for you, IMO.

For the site that still gets 30 hits a day if you want to mirror it I would suggest grabbing the whole folder and dropping it a different domain. Layout and pictures are already there so just change out the text and title of site. Probably overkill, but this should really distance it enough as to not screw up the other ones hits. This way you can decide if mirroring is right for you. Good Luck
