Two quick things.
1. Specify black instead of white as the background color for the page so that surfers can read the yellow text before the graphic background eventually (slowly) loads. 2. Don't use Photoshop for building that kind of website. Maybe use it for a header design, but graphic-heavy pages that load slowly won't work for a site like you've put together there. .
