there is WP-O-Matic and FeedWordPress. I use caution in that I've found that both of these plug-ins don't always perform the way you'd like and sometimes develop new problems with only minor WP releases

I would recommend Blog Automater. It's not free and it's not a WP plug-in but if you want to publish RSS feeds to your blog it is by far the best tool you could use and in my opinion will pay for itself in a very short time.
