I have to agree, Im sure the isolation of working in a small office away from outside "contact" hs alot to do with it. I myself visit the boards a few times a day to get my "watercooler" fodder. Helps me feel Im interracting with others and then its back to work. Just know that youre not alone in your feelings. Heres to a better year in 08.

I walk to the pub most days to escape my desk and have a few laughs. It gives me a bit of exercise and fresh air, and takes my mind off of my problems for a couple of hours.
It gives me a chance to talk to real people, flirt with the ladies a bit and behave like a normal person, all for the cost of a couple of beers. Keeps me sane, somewhat
