I would like to know this as well. I was just telling jester how seeing some of your blogs has inspired me to start some of my own. I have some experience with designing custom themes in PHP-Nuke, but haven't really worked with WP much. I was considering starting off with some themes and then later on try to develop custom themes.

The thing that impresses me most about your blogs is that you utilize your space really well. Most of the blogs I've seen either appear cluttered or have a lot of wasted "real estate" making it seem like there's not much content on them. I hope you don't mind me imitating your style a bit.
