Jay's xxx Links recips help

Thank you everyone for your input and suggestions. sigh... honestly my intention was to get an answer not create drama. I will have to think about this and try to make the best decision.

This is getting harder all the time (LL recip conflicts) and I am still naive thinking that we can brainstorm on the board to come up with resolutions.

At the least I was hoping that Jay would come in here and tell me it's okay to manually edit his recips. I really wasn't expecting Useless to cancel my submit accounts.

I haven't canceled your accounts. You should have received an acceptance email this morning from WW for a link you submitted while I was in Vegas. But I am more than willing to do so if you can't figure out how to handle this situation and it would serve to ease your decision. You won't hear me telling you not to submit to Jay and you'd be a fucking fool to choose me over him. But I've never asked anyone to group my recip with the big guys. I don't care who I'm grouped with as long as it's not the small group of lists that are automatically blocked by the script. BTW, most sites on that blocked list are there because the owners are known cheaters or have stopped accepting submissions. (I'll never understand why people continue using the recip of a link list that doesn't accept submissions.)

And what do expect Jay to say expect other than "fuck Useless"?

I can't speak for others, but for myself it's simply because it's part of his rules . Since he sends good traffic I continue to submit to him.

Is anyone else going to decline for this?

I am not a fan of adult tube sites because I think that they are counter-productive to the whole affiliate-sponsor relationship, but that's another story altogether.

Ladydesigner I agree with this point & have done the same more than once, dropping a LL for a number of reasons.

Jay & Useless are both great sources of traffic and I don't want to lose either of them.

My partner (koalaT) and I have sent emails and PMs to you many times in the past and you are always pleasant and helpful. I really don't want to piss you off you and realize now that I should have come to you directly first before starting a thread on the board and for that I cannot apologize enough.

It takes time to rearrange recips to separate you and Jay, I am going to make time this weekend to get my recip tables sorted out to prevent being declined for this reason again. This morning Pervespace declined my free site submission for the same reason so I know I have to get it done so I don't miss anymore submits to your LLs.

LL disagreeing rules seem to be one of these continual issues that I just need to suck up and deal with as they come up.

I apologize for replying in my signature full-of-rage style. It wasn't called for and I realize now that I should have taken a deep breath before I posted. And I certainly shouldn't have threatened to delete your partner accounts. I'm a slash and burn kind of guy.

It's never been my intention to make the job more difficult for submitters (I personally HATE submitting), but my opposition to that particular link is based on two factors. 1- I really think that tube sites pose a particular danger to both link lists and TGPs. 2 - A reciprocal link really should be reciprocal. (I'd really like to change my recips to a geo-targeted dating ad, but I doubt I'd get away with that for more than a day)
