Tommy - let me ask you this:
If you built a Free Site or Gallery that you were going to submit, would you put a recip up to a site that you are NOT going to submit to? (excluding sites that you personaly own) If you say YES, why would you put up a recip to a site that you're not submitting to? If you say NO, then hopefully you're geting the idea on this problem. |
