If he don't want to pay for porn, then the mouseover won't make him change his mind like finnbear says.
And I'm aware that guys like that suck our bandwith with no return. There's not a lot we can do about that. The little thing I do is hope that they will get tired of clicking my links and start hotlinking. And then ... they are off my domain.

I really don't think that mouseovers is worth the effort. But I might very well be wrong
