I submitted my blog awhile ago and never received a rejection/acceptance email (my spam filter may have accidently caught it).

I'm guessing the site was rejected because it uses the word "boys." You don't have a "Gay Teens" or "Boys" category (though you have "Girls" categories) so "Twinks" is the closest category. Is this the problem?
It's because your content is of solo gay males (all other gay categories are for gay couples)

You mean a list of which ones are blind? You can tell if the sites name is not in the recip.
