Ohh, dont be so hasty with ePassporte, their answer time used to be 2 weeks or even more... Quite a customer support ehh... Anyways, im not sure if the e-mail thing still exists, they need you to provide an existing ePassporte ID, the ID is your login name to their website. If you have not created your own ePassporte, some sponsors offer you an affiliate account for free, when you reach a certain payout treshold, better to ask the sponsors support.
