I really like my AppleTV but could also see using a Mac mini connected directly to a TV. You would have to use a DVI to S Video Adapter. I guess then you could use Parallels to run Windows and watch WMP movies on your TV.

soo I'm sitting at my 'puter working away.. when my phone rings and it's my son's dad who already has such a thick accent that I can barely understand him when he's coherent, in a high whisper saying.. i can't breath call 911. Why couldn't his woman do that?? hmmm because even after living here for 3 years, she thinks she still in Jamaica.

do I know what his address is?? (he lives across from the Hard Rock) so i'm calling 9-11 while trying to remember his apartment complex.

they got him to emergency.. seems he was trying to unclog his bath tub with draino and poured a whole can down it. When that didn't work, he called maintenance and they poured a 2nd chemical down it. Did he open a window?? No.. did he open a door??? no..

so we spent 6 hours in the emergency room because of course since he's 63, has diabetes and hypertension they wanted to observe him. did i mention he has a golden insurance policy?? While he was sitting there.. I drove over to his place and aired it out, ripped the office a new ass and scoped out the places surrounding the Hard Rock.

today.. will be yesterday X 2...
