2008 XBiz Summer - Free Registration?

I went to the website to register, (http://www.xbizsummerforum.com/register.php) and it looks like it is free to register (Sponsored by Pussy Cash) I thought that it costs like $200. Or is this just for program owners, producers and the like?

guess I'll extend my stay to check out the 12th.
