I am appalled by someone trying to submit crap like that.
That domain looked familiar to me and then I remembered that I had a submit from it not too long ago. Although it wasn't anything remotely close to this site, I still rejected it because it was borderline... (I wasn't exactly sure what the age of the girl was, and when it's so bad that I can't tell the age...boom, it gets rejected!)
This example just proves to me that there was good reason I put that one on my personal blacklist.

I'm glad there is a resource to report this type of stuff, but because of the internationality of the web, I'm sure it's a tough job for those having to deal with it.
