Richards-Realm: ~ 2 months. Check the e-mail you get - there is a link in there to how much of a backlog he has.
Adult-List: ~ 2 weeks
HQ-Seek: ~ 2 weeks
Smut Gremlins: ~1-3 days. Does not send rejection e-mails though.
Sultans-Porn: No longer submit to it, as they don't seem to list anything I submit.

Can't help you on any of the other ones.

Looking at the site in your signature:
Don't use terms such as "R@pe" or "young" on your sites.
