what's considered "hardcore" on a warning page?

As I understand it (and as I apply it) the law about what constitutes content which is 'hardcore/adult' (and should therefore be 'protected' by a warning on a prior page) is equal to the law which says what can be displayed on the front cover of a magazine that can be displayed on a shop shelf without the use of a 'censor bag'...

So no penetration, hard cocks, cumshots, spread pussy etc etc...

I'm sure it doesn't apply to every country but I'm pretty certain that it applies to the us and uk.

...and there is a linklist out there with very hardcore recip banners (gaping pussy dripping cum) that 'ought to be' treated as hardcore content (I can't remember which right now).
