Spain was the better team tonight but I think Russia did not play their own game..... but WTF, it was Spain they had to play against. I hope Spain win on sunday.

Russians are one rising nation and I have a feelind we haven't seen the last of them yet - looking forward to World Championship qualifications.
Yes, JohnnyR, it's a very dumb system UEFA used for this tournament - I hope I won't have to watch this kind of bullshit again. With good German defence and Slavic ofence  I think we already have the winner of the tournament.P.S. Podolsky and Klose are Polish; Balack is Lusatian Serb  .

Well, I guess they preferred playing for their homeland instead for their fatherland - you have similar situation in other national teams too... near a half of French players are from Senegal.
