Question on language on free sites and my hub link

I am planning a Latina site, and have thought about calling it Muy Caliente (Very Hot) or Muy Caliente Means Very Hot. It will be a 30 pic site with a very nice spicy Latina. Now, throughout most of the southwestern US, that phrase doesn't even need translation. But.. if I restrict my use to just a translated word or two, would I be rejected?

I've used the term "caliente" and "muy caliente" several times on my Latina freesites with no problems getting listed.
