The Free Sites look fine. They follow all the standard rules. It looks like you've duplicated an image on the second gallery of the first site.
I'd list them and I think most LL's would. I'd say its best to mix your FS amongst 3-4 niches to keep some variety in your subs. Most LL's don't want one submitter dominating a particular niche.
