A little tired after playing basketball last night and the guys hanging out here afterwards until 1am. Coffee is in need and on.

Morning all. my plans for yesterday went out the window when I was unzipping content files I recently purchased and got the error, can't unzip, drive is full. So went and bought a 500 GB drive and cloned my full 240 GB drive to it. Amazing how much stuff I have, and my 2nd 240GB drive is almost full too, so I'm guessing I'll be getting a 2nd 500 GB drive in the future.

I called ditech two days ago, always checking to see if mortgage rates have dropped and if its a good time to refinance, and he said, "oh you have an xyz loan, we don't even do those anymore." They are the type for self-employed people that they just verifiy your credit rating and not your income.

Glad my rate is good and I'm not looking to buy a house right now. Forget that I've paid everything on time for years, that doesn't seem to count in the economy meltdown anymore.

Hope everyone makes lots of $$ and the economy is corrected soon...at least on TV, because I think they are making everyone feel it is worse than it really is.
