also maintaining a recip submit list is an ongoing project in itself, start out with like 70+ linklists and submit some sites, then go look at your stats and see who is and who is not listing your sites, remove the ones that are not, you might at this time want to replace them with a new linklist and give them a round of submissions.....try to keep this list as fresh as possibe cause as you said you dont want to give traffic away for nothing, i try to update mine every week sometimes every two weeks or so but you gotta do a bunch and you gotta keep them fresh other lists don't want to see dead recips on your site either.

so it is okay to change recips on sites that have already been listed at places? confused.

I just really don't want to waste too much time. I'm new at this but not a noob in general.

I know everyone's rules are different too.

but I do need to just get started and get past the fluff.
