Something you may want to look into is whether your sponsors have a way to take the money from someone who doesn't have Javascript enabled in their browser.

Try turning it off and visiting a CCBill signup page and entering all of the information need to sign up (use 4444333322221111 as the CC# for this test). See if you can get past the message telling you that you don't have JS turned on.

So, if they don't have Javascript turned on, make sure you send them somewhere that will do you some good. Or maybe give them a good reason to turn it on.
