Hi Tommy,

It seems that my account was already approved, but I never got the password.

Even when I use the "Forgot Your Password" function, the system recognizes me as a partner, but I don't receive the new password through e-mail (checked all spam folders already too).

Can you help me out?

Same problem here!

Tommy reseted my password but it's still not working...
I'm a bit lost...is my email adress my username?
if no, i might need a username reset too ha ha

Hi Tommy,
I re-signed up a good while back and when trying to submit I had to ask for my password. The system does recognize me as a partner and when my new password came and I tried to use it, I got I wasn't a partner.
Need some help.... Thanks

I got problem with the password too, signed up a few weeks ago but havent received a mail. Now trying to do the forgot password thingy but still no mail...
