How to set up a really good affiliate program

IMHO having looked apart from the REALLY irritating video with sound which was a big turnoff (lots of surfers have family around when they surf and though they cant see the screen they can hear the sound!) the rest of it bar the VISA issue looks ok BUT there are no easily acessable tools apart from the zipped content. Lots of affiliates will be too lazy to consider this. You need (easily viewable before signing up) some of the following:

Banners and buttons - maybe 3 of each
Picture of the day link (easy to do) to a consistantly sized rotating watermarked picture set.
Some auto-updating Iframe ADs that show new site content.

Its all easy stuff. And think about it. When did you last open a porn page or tour with sound that came automatically? I bet you didnt open it twice!
