You should release it under GPL, get it on the Extend WP Page (which will send your PR up a lot) and kindly ask users to link back instead of using a more restrictive licence. I bet you would see your theme on many more blogs, and a a lot of those blogs would leave your link intact as a courtesy, especially if your theme is geared toward the adult industry and the end user knows that you don't mind having your site linked to by a porn site.

Just my 2 pennies worth.
