Thanks for the input and thanks for taking the time to check out the site. It's always a fine line between between making a design that portrays that the content is indeed amateur, but also properly "sells" the site and makes the user feel comfortable signing up. I think we found a good balance and the numbers so far bear that out. Our other amateur niche site has never been above 1:500 since it launched nearly a year ago so I think we have a good history of finding the right design that appeals to the surfer. But as always, we will test and tweak to optimize conversions for our sites and for our affiliates.

As for the camera angles issue, those are all REAL submitted videos. The ones with multiple angles were shot by girls who set up two cameras and we edited the two vids together. Some girls also used the camera's remote control to zoom in and a few girls had a friend hold the camera. Just wanted to clear that up so people understand it truly is an amateur user submitted video site.

From a surfer standpoint, it still is a bit confusing. Perhaps there's a way to sort of show the change in camera angle somehow (or ask the girls to shoot some vid of whoever's holding the cam .. like.. their legs or something, at least give the impression it gets moved around some.

Just my 2 cents, probably won't work out since it'll interrupt wank-time but eh
